Ričardas Tamulis (22 July 1938 in Kaunas, Lithuania – 22 April 2008) was a boxer from the Soviet Union.
He competed for the Soviet Union in the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan in the welterweight event where he finished in second place.
